Tungsten Carbide Core Bit
The Tungsten Carbide core bit is engineered to cut through soft formations such as small gravel, sticky shales, and clay. It features tungsten carbide inserts precisely placed within the carbide matrix. The waterways are designed to optimize fluid discharge and control matrix wear, ensuring maximum cutting efficiency and penetration.

Diamond Reaming Shell
The Diamond Reaming Shell is attached to a core bit. While the core bit performs the drilling, the reaming shell simultaneously grinds the side surface. Diamonds are embedded on the outer surface of the reamer shell to maintain the hole’s gage as the core bit’s outer diameter wears down. This tool prevents early wear and tear of the bit’s outer diameter, reduces vibration, and prevents deformation of the hole walls. The reaming shell is cylindrical, with diamond particles on its outer surface, and its diameter is larger than that of the core bit.
Core Lifter/Catcher
Core lifter or core catcher is used to hold the core inside the barrel. Our core lifters are made from high quality steel which is perfectly hardened ensuring better performance and longer life.Both broached core lifters and slotted core lifters are manufactured.Core lifter case is needed to break the core sample. Having a tapered interior helps the core lifter from not moving and enables it retain its hold on the core sample.
Surface Set Diamond Core Bit
The Surface Set Diamond core bit tackles soft to medium-hard rock. Unlike impregnated bits, it shines in softer formations and situations where lower RPMs and bit loads are needed. Forget ultra-hard rock though, this bit has its limits. The design itself is tailored to the job – diamond size, crown design, and matrix hardness all depend on the rock type. This customized approach, along with exceptional diamond exposure, maximizes performance and durability. The bits come in various specifications (15/20 spc to 80/110 spc) with custom options can be requested.
Impregnated Diamond Core Bit
The Impregnated Diamond core bit is crafted using high-quality synthetic diamond grits uniformly distributed through a metal matrix, reinforced with carbide and diamond. It is ideal for cutting medium to ultra-hard formations and is effective in conditions ranging from broken and highly abrasive to fine-grained, consolidated, and ultra-hard rock. As the bit drills, it resharpens by exposing new diamonds, thus renewing the cutting edges. New diamond layers become exposed as the matrix wears away. Various waterway designs are available to accommodate different formations and drilling conditions.
Casing Shoe and Bit
Impregnated diamond casing and casing shoe bits are manufactured by embedding diamond grits into a powdered metal bond within the core and matrix of the bit.Surface set diamond casing and casing shoe bits are designed for hole opening, featuring natural diamonds placed on the bit crown.Tungsten carbide casing and casing shoe bits offer a cost-effective solution, making them suitable for medium hardness rocks due to their economical application and price advantage.
Water Swivels
Water swivels are crucial components in drilling operations, particularly in water well drilling, geothermal drilling, and mineral exploration. These swivels are connected at the uppermost part of the drill string, typically above the kelly or top drive. Their primary function is to provide an effective watertight seal between the rotating and non-rotating sections of the drill string. This seal is essential because it allows drilling fluids, such as water, mud, or other specialized fluids, to be pumped down through the center of the drill string to the bottom of the borehole.
